Friday 17th November, Overton School raised awareness for Children in Need by celebrating our differences and the impact of positive relationships with a whole school talent show. All pupils understand the purpose of charity and why it is so important and were keen to continue our efforts of fundraising for this event. Pupils and staff were invited to attend school wearing something yellow or spotty and attend a children in need theme in our onsite café before taking part in the show. It was so lovely to see everyone take part and celebrate each other as a school community, we had many individual and class entries which ranged from sing and sign, dancing, animations, presentations, football skills and singing plus speaking Hungarian and a very special entry from our Pets as Therapy Dog Skye who wowed the crowd with her agility.
