Fire Service Visit

We had a fantastic visit from Dione and her team from Shropshire Fire Service, pupils enjoyed an immersive experience understanding fire safety in the home. Pupils felt comfortable to explore the resources, ask questions and even dress up in fire fighter clothes. Thank you so much, and we look forward to you visiting again in the future!

Message from Dione: We had a great session with the students learning all about how to keep safe in the home from fire.

The students got the opportunity to look at the fire safety tent and spot the hazards as well as looking at faulty electrical items and having the chance to look at and dress up in firefighter clothes .

They learnt that they need to check their smoke alarms weekly to keep themselves and the people they live with safe .
